Best use of QR Codes
The best use of QR I’ve seen thus far is this poster below for Martha Marcy May Marlene on its wikipedia page.
It brilliantly solves the dilemma of sizing a QR code by integrating the mostly dark image into its code. It also adds mystique to a movie that wants to be mysterious. And it works pretty well functionally, too: Wikipedia articles don’t always link to a trailer.

All you need is a regular cell phone with an unlimited good text message plan. And if you have an iPhone or an Android, it is that much better.
